Our online Gift Card is easy to use and gift. You can choose to email the Gift Card straight to the person you are buying for either now or select a later date, or email it to yourself to print or forward to them later.
To redeem the Gift Card, simply login to My Account (or create an account), and redeem the Gift Card unique code in the Gift Card section of My Account.

We use NZ Couriers for order delivery, who provide fast and reliable service across New Zealand. All products are in stock at our Auckland distribution centre and orders will be dispatched on the same day if your order is placed before 3pm. For orders placed after 3pm and those placed on a weekend day, these will be dispatched the following working day.
Most orders are delivered overnight, however please allow 2-3 days for delivery in case there are any unexpected delays in the NZ Couriers shipping network.
For rural delivery please allow an extra 1-2 days.
We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be tricky and we want to ensure that you love your purchase and are happy with the quality and fit. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, in most cases you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.
Items must be initiated for return within 7 days of receiving the order by filling out the Returns Form, and returned to us within 7 days of the submitting the form.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
